MY ORDER

How to change or delete an order

It will be possible to change an order placed ONLY before it was shipped. It will also be possible to change the same item with a different color and / or size, will NOT be possible instead to change the item with one of a different type.
As for the cancellation of an order, it will NOT be possible to cancel an order once the payment was made.

Item out of stock

When purchasing an item, you might encounter the word “product not available in stock.” This means that, at the time, the product you have chosen may be terminated. Please write an email to info@pivert-store.com. A dedicated team will check for you the availability or not of the item.

Payment

The balance of the purchase is made through PayPal, credit card or prepaid card. The cards accepted are all those belonging to the Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Postepay.

SHIPPING

Information about shipping costs

Deliveries will be made within 4 working days from the time of order, excluding weekends and public holidays, and unless special weather conditions and / or shipping addresses not easily accessible (ex: snow, islands, etc …). In the NOTES field you can enter the information useful to our team to help you receive your order without problems. You should enter the surname that buzz (if different buyer), the times when there is a person who may receive the shipment, other people they can keep the package in case of your absence (ex: neighbors , doorman, etc …).

As soon as the order is given to the courier in Italy, you will receive an email with details and instructions to track the shipping.

Your order will be delivered between 9:00 and 18:30 and will require a signature of a receiver. You’ll want to make sure that the address provided there is someone there to pick up the package. If you are not present at the time of the passage of the courier, please contact us at email info@pivert-store.com. Our dedicated team will organize a further delivery.

THINGS TO DO

  • Always read the product label and the instructions for washing.
